By using PimpMyResume, you agree to:

• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
• Not submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service.
• Not use the service to generate content for purposes other than your own job applications.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide helpful resume optimization suggestions, we do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or any specific employment outcomes. Success in your job search depends on many factors beyond resume quality.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for analyses that have already been used. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us at support@pimpmyresu.me and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.
